Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
We accept refunds, returns, and exchanges if:
Your item is damaged.
You received the wrong item.
You did not like the item you ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item or size, please contact us at returns@northernthobes.co.uk. Once you have contacted us and showed us proof of purchase and substantial proof that you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will:
1. Ask you to send us the item in its original packaging to our business address, along with a picture of your receipt for the price of the return postage and packaging.
2. Refund the price of the return postage and packaging.
3. Send you the item you originally ordered, all postage and packaging paid for.
4. Alternatively, if you decide that you do not want us to resend you the correct or undamaged item you originally ordered, we will refund you the full price of the item.
On the condition that you have not worn or used the product, except if you discovered that it is damaged or incorrect after doing so.
If you don't like a product
If you don't like a product, we are happy to return it and refund the full price, on the following conditions:
1. The product must not be worn.
2. It must be in its original packaging.
3. It must be within 30 days of receiving the product.
If this is the case, we will be happy to refund your order after you have sent it back to us and we have received it. We will then refund the full price of the order along with the original postage and packaging, but we will not refund the price of the return postage and packaging.

All items are to be returned to NorthernThobes Ltd. at 272 Claremont road , Manchester, M14 4TS.
